We provide full wedding event service from planning, styling, designing, coordination, vetted preferred venues, vetted preferred catering, vetted preferred transportation, vetted preferred entertainment, vetted preferred bakers, and vetted preferred lighting, vetted preferred florist and more.

EVENT PLANNING

On our Event Planning side of things, we love adding a little charm to your space and event. The only thing your event is missing is a little sprinkle of charm plan, style, design, setup, breakdown, coordinate, and host all kinds of events like Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, Graduations, Retirement Parties, Grand Openings, Corporate Events, Bridal Showers and more. We not only plan events but we specialize in creating an experience that you will be talking about 50 years from now!

THE PROCESS

  1. Booking

First you fill out my form and we book a call.

2. Strategize

Then we strategize and talk about the event and the vision and idea you have for it.

3. Before Event

I get to work. I book the venue, I get the flowers, etc. I make sure everything is going as planned.

4. Day of Event

You get to create more memories and experiences with those around you while I make sure everyone is having a good time.

When you get the opportunity to arrange an event, why not go big? Why not create an experience for your family that they will remember and talk about years to come? This is quite frankly, once in a lifetime opportunity for you to go big and I want to be there to serve you and help you create this event from scratch.

If you have ever felt stressed out arranging events, or they give you anxiety just thinking about all the things you need to do (did you remember to order flowers?), that is why we’re here to help. We create personalized events where we go through your vision and ideas together and build the event up from there. You don’t need to worry about booking the venue, flowers, music, etc. because we’re here to do all of it. All you need to do is to show up and have a good time with your close family and friends.

When should I hire you?

We require 3-6 months prior to your event date. For Weddings, we require 1-2 years prior to wedding date.

Do we have to pay full amount up front?

Nope! We require a non-refundable deposit for all events to secure your date. The deposit is 50% of the total budget amount to secure your date.

What is the price for an event?

Prices vary depending on the number of guests you’re having and the services you’re requesting. You can request pricing information at charmingeventscandice(at)gmail.com.

Do you provide rental items?

Yes! We offer a variety of backdrops for parties, engagements, weddings, bridal showers, and more. Our inventory continues to grow by the day! These items can be found on our website under rentals.
